XT.COM Spot Deduction Voucher Usage Rules

To reward users for participating in various campaigns, XT.COM periodically issues Spot deduction vouchers as rewards. Please carefully read the following rules before using them. Participation in any event is deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms.
 
  1. View Your Vouchers
Spot deduction vouchers obtained through campaigns can be found under [Rewards Hub] → [Card Center] → [Unused]. Click “Redeem” to activate the voucher. The voucher will be applied to spot trading fees at a specified discount ratio. The deductible amount is calculated as: trading fee × voucher deduction ratio. The deducted portion will not be eligible for referral or agent commission rebates.
 
  1. Usage Rules
  • Vouchers can only be used to offset spot trading fees and do not apply to other fees or withdrawals.
  • The deduction ratio is indicated on the voucher, typically allowing up to 30% of the trading fee to be deducted. For special promotions, refer to the event details.
  • Vouchers can be used across multiple transactions. Any unused portion will continue to apply to subsequent spot trades until fully used or expired.
 
  1. Validity Period
  • Vouchers are effective immediately upon issuance. The expiry date is listed on each voucher.
  • Expired vouchers or unused balances cannot be reclaimed or reused. Please use your vouchers within their validity period.
 
  1. Other Important Rules
  • If XT.COM detects any behaviour that compromises fair use, such as arbitrage through multiple accounts, malicious volume manipulation to exploit vouchers, or any other abusive activities, it reserves the right to revoke the user's voucher eligibility, reclaim any unused vouchers, and permanently restrict the associated accounts.
  • XT.COM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate deduction voucher programs and these rules at any time without prior notice. Users are advised to carefully review the specific terms and conditions of each campaign before participating.
