《Regulations on Handling Abnormal Trading Behavior》

User Agreement
To ensure fair trading practices, and to improve the quality of transactions on the platform, XT.COM will continuously enhance monitoring of abnormal high-frequency trading and volume inflation in both the futures and spot markets.

Accounts exhibiting the following behaviors may be deemed to be engaging in abnormal trading activities:
  1. Extremely short holding periods combined with abnormally high trading frequency;
  2. Daily trading volume far exceeding reasonable levels and significantly disproportionate to the account’s principal;
  3. Irregular trading patterns suspected of inflating volume to gain rebates or event rewards;
  4. Frequent matched or reversal trades with a fixed counterparty.

These behaviors disrupt the platform’s liquidity and trading order. Per XT's Risk Control Protocol and the Regulations on Handling Abnormal Trading Behavior, the platform will take the following actions against such accounts:
  1. Suspension of reward distribution (including but not limited to rebates and promotional rewards);
  2. Removal of related inflated trading records from event rankings;
  3. Restriction or suspension of trading privileges for repeat offenders;
  4. In severe cases, partial removal of trading permissions or further action.

XT.COM always encourages legitimate and reasonable trading activities. Any behavior involving fake or manipulative trading will be strictly penalized to safeguard the platform’s healthy ecosystem.

Please make sure your trading behavior complies with platform rules. If you have any concerns regarding the system's judgment, feel free to contact us via online support or the ticket system to file an appeal. Thank you for your understanding and support!
