How to buy digitial currencies via XT web terminal?
How to Fiat/P2P deposit
1. Log in to your XT account through the web termina and go to [Buy Crypto]. You can then choose from either [Third-Party Payment] or [P2P Trading].
2. If you chose [Third-Party Payment], select [Buy], enter the purchase amount and select the payment method.
Select the payment channel.
Confirm the order information and click on the "Continue" button to enter the third party page.
Complete the payment through the third party and the digital currency will be automatically deposited into your wallet account.
3. You can also choose [P2P Trading].
Select the digital currency you want to purchase and confirm the fiat currency you are using. You can then filter the corresponding C2C advertisement.
Enter the amount of fiat currency you intend to pay and the system will automatically calculate for you the amount of digital currency you can purchase. Click on the [Buy] button.
Please transfer the money via the seller's payment method within the specified time. After payment, please click [I have paid].
Important: If a transfer has been made to the Seller, the Buyer should not click [Cancel ] until the Seller's refund has been received from the payment account. Do not click [I have paid] until you have paid the seller.
After the seller confirms receipt of the payment, the seller will release the digital currency to the buyer and the order will be deemed completed. Click on [Funds] to view assets.
If you do not receive the digital currency 15 minutes after clicking "I have paid", you can contact customer service for help.
Please note that if there is an order in progress, no further orders can be placed. Existing orders must be completed before new orders can be placed.
