How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency on the Web

1. Log in to your XT account and click on [Spot].

2. Select [Withdrawal].

3. Select the cryptocurrency you want to withdraw. We will use USDT as an example.

4. Select the withdrawal type and select [Address]. Then enter the withdrawal address. You can enter the address or select it from the address book.

5. Select Network. According to the currency you select and the address you enter, you will see the supported network and the network fee for this transaction. Make sure that the network you select is consistent with the network of the external platform. If you choose the wrong network, your funds may be lost and will not be able to be recovered.

6. Enter the withdrawal amount. You can use the balance in your spot account. The transaction fee and the final amount the recipient will receive will be displayed. Click [Withdraw] to proceed.

Once the withdrawal request is confirmed, the transfer will be processed. Depending on the current traffic of the blockchain and its network, the confirmation time will vary, so please be patient.

How to Withdraw Cryptocurrency on the XT App

1. Log in to the XT App and click [Assets]. Select [Withdraw].

2. Select the cryptocurrency you want to top up. We will use USDT as an example.

3. Select [On-chain].

4. Enter or select the withdrawal address, network, and withdrawal amount. Click [Withdraw] to continue the process.

• You can enter the withdrawal address or select it from the address book.
• Depending on the currency you select and the address you enter, you will see the supported network and the network fee for the transaction. Make sure that the network you select is consistent with the network of the external platform. If you choose the wrong network, funds may be lost and will not be able to be recovered.
• You can use the balance in your spot account. After entering the withdrawal amount, you will see the transaction fee and the final amount received by the recipient.

• Please note that whether you choose to top up or withdraw your money to a third-party platform, or to your digital wallet, you need to ensure that:
• Wallet/platform compatibility: i.e. support for the network, the optional network depends on the choice of external wallet/trading platform support. For example, if the external platform only supports ERC20, you must select the ERC20 top-up network.
• Your deposit and withdrawal network is consistent with the target platform; Otherwise, you may not be able to recover your digital assets. Do not simply go for the network with the lowest fees, but choose the option that is compatible with the platform. For example, ERC20 tokens can only be sent to other ERC20 addresses. Network incompatibilities or mismatches will result in loss of funds.
• Make sure your address and amount are correct before recharging and withdrawing. Because the block network is anonymous and private, once you enter the wrong information, you will lose the corresponding assets. Be sure to check your deposit and withdrawal addresses carefully.
