1. How to Download the XT App?

Method 1: Scan the QR Code from the Official Website

  1. Visit the XT Official Website and click the download button in the top-right corner.
  2. Use your phone’s browser (not WeChat) to scan the QR code displayed.
  3. Select the installation package that works with your Android version and click "Download". Follow the steps listed to install.

Note:

  • The download path and installation prompts may vary depending on your phone brand.
  • If using a non-browser scanner, select "Open in Browser" to proceed with the download.

Method 2: Download the XT App via a Link

  1. Click the official XT download link: XT APP
  2. Open the link in your browser and follow the instructions to download and install.

Tips:

  • If the link doesn’t work, switch browsers or networks.
  • For the latest links, contact XT's customer service team.

2. Common Issues During Download and Installation

If your phone displays warnings like "Security Risk" or blocks the app, follow these steps based on your phone brand to download and install.
  1. Huawei Phones
  • Android: Select Allow and follow prompts.
  • HarmonyOS:
    Method 1: Turn off Pure Mode: [Settings] > [System & Updates] > [Pure Mode] > Disable.
    Method 2: Change Country/Region: [App Market] > [My] > [Settings] > [Country/Region].
    Method 3: Remove Management: [Settings] > [Security] > [App Control Center] > Remove Managed Apps.

  1. Xiaomi Phones
    On the installation page, open "Settings" (top-right corner) and enable "Security Guard". Return to the installation page and complete the installation.

  2. OPPO Phones
    Open "Phone Manager", go to "Payment Protection", and disable it for all apps. Re-enable protection after installation.

  3. Using Telecom Networks
    Switch to Airplane Mode and use Wi-Fi to download and install.

  4. Other Android Phones

  • Disable antivirus software temporarily.
  • Follow these steps: [Settings] > [Apps & Notifications] > [Permission Management] > [Security and Privacy] > [App Lock] > Trust This App.
  • Turn off mobile data before starting the installation.
